Shipping & Return Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 2 business says to let you know your order is on the way!

PORCH PICKUP:

Orders can be picked up daily, from 9AM - 5PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup with the address and instructions. 

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using USPS [delivery standard is 2 - 7 days]. We do not ship outside of the US at this time.

 

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

 

For simple flat rate shipping: Shipping rates for the US start at $4.25 and are based on weight. We ship with the United States Postal Service.

We provide free Economy shipping for orders over $35.00.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at madeybauntielinz@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
